Player invulnerability in customs

Has anyone else noticed that (ever since it’s launch) players will randomly become invulnerable in custom game matches? This happens periodically and I’m totally unsure what the deal is. It’s not people’s game types or anything and it seems to happen at random.

Often times I’ll be shooting someone and notice it happening and just mag dump into them. Usually if you wait a little bit this will stop and you can continue to finish the other player. But still, it has more than screwed me over on numerous occasions.

When the CB first came online, that’s where I preferred to play. Then I started to notice a lot of players who were literally invulnerable and were running around the map murdering with minimal risk to themselves. There is not a single CB game that I have played for months now where this isn’t the case, something smells off. I think it’s cheater heaven, and no, it’s not desync. I don’t bother anymore.
