When i’m in the menus of The Master Chief Collection and I go to “Player id” everything on the screen disappears except for the background and my Gamertag in the top right corner.
Can anyone please help me with this problem, or is anyone else having it?
Restart the game or the Xbox.
this problem is still valid in 2017, I think there should already be an update for this.
Restarting the Xbox or turning the game off and back on might work, but this problem has been around for a while now. It’s sad to see that it’s still not fixed.
