It used to work, but now every time I try to go onto it, it removes the menu and I can’t back out of it or anything just the space background and my GT, I have to close the game just to get back to the start menu. I know that it’s still unlocking stuff for me but I can’t use any of it. I tried YouTube and couldn’t find nothing, so hopefully I get an answer here instead.
any help is appreciated

Having the same issue
So I had the same issue of the blank screen and no way of getting the menu to pop up or back out. I know it’s wierd but I just spammed a bunch. Mainly the bumpers and triggers and analog sticks and D-pad and sometimes it takes a little linger but in general it works for me each time. Kind of a pain but all I can do to get it to work.
