Whenever I try to enter the ‘Player ID’ section it seems to take a ridiculous amount of time to load.

Are you having this issue on PC or Xbox? I used to have this bug, but mine was when I clicked the settings menu. After I moved over to my new PC a week ago, the bug disappeared. Looks like it had something to do with my old PC. It was running Windows 8.1 still, and had an older Intel CPU from 2014. MCC was also installed on a standard mechanical SATA drive with a read/write of around 100mb/s. I now have MCC on a Windows 10 Pro system with the game on an SSD.

I’m on xbox series X. Perhaps it’s a bug with the series X optimisations but it’s only recently begun to happen.
I press start to acess the menu where I can see customisation and seasons etc, i choose player ID and it takes minutes to load

I used to have this problem (original Xbox One). Then it just fixed itself after Season 3. Feel sorry for you man. I know how you feel. It sucks.

Yeah I’m kinda hoping it fixes itself in season 6 haha
