Player ID leads to blank screen

I received a notification saying I had unlocked something but when I click on Player ID from the menu it just goes to a blank screen and I cannot back out of the screen and have to force close the game entirely. I ensured my game is up-to-date. Anyone else having this issue.

This is the Windows version of the game not steam.

If you are getting this as well it just takes a few minutes. Too long but better then force closing the game.
