Everytime I try and go into Player ID the game doesnt allow me to do anything and I have to back out and quit the game just to be able to play again. Anyway to fix this?
Same problem here. Its only with my profile though as my son’s works fine. I tried re-syncing by deleting saved game data but that didn’t help.

this has been an issue since launch … I hope they give everyone the free stuff that they are giving people that were having this problem in the first week of launch cause the problem still hasnt been fixed
Yeah, idk. I have the same problem and it’s a real pain. Although it’s pretty early and nearly alot of things are broken i hope they fix the “Player ID Freeze” And the team balancing problem.
Yes I have the same problem. Game freezes as soon as I try to enter the ID tab. Game freezes. Game is soooooo broken. Its not even funny anymore.
hahahahahahhahahahaha this is hilarious you released the game like this how do you think i found this page lol why do new bugs keep popping up I can’t believe how bad you released this game and what it still has problems with today the multiplayer is even worse for me than it was during the first quarter of the release
I’m having this problem as well. And the game keeps telling me I have new “unlocks available in: Player ID”, but I can’t get to them.
I can access the rest of the “Options & Career” menu items (Customization, Career, My Files, Settings, and Leaderboards), but every time I try to open “Player ID”, the game locks up and leaves me just looking at the space backdrop. The menu doesn’t load, and there’s no way to back out. It’s a dead end.
I have to go back to the XBox One menu and quit out of the game and completely restart it. I now just completely avoid “Player ID”. Hope they patch this soon.
I have the digital copy of MCC. Don’t know if that’s relevant or not.

I have the EXACT same issue. Anyone have a fix? This is really annoying.

I know this sounds extremely stupid and ignorant, but have you tried just spontaneously mashing and hitting buttons really fast on the controller? Heard there’s a similar issue with changing armor colors and doing this literally corrected the problem somehow. My guess is corrupted data (reading options fine but your choices are invalid) and button mashing changes options that are loaded but can’t see.
Really, see if it helps.
