So i been playing halo and now my player id wont open it justs shows the background and plays music i have to restart the game to even get out of the thing plz help me
Same here since the update I can not longer change my player ID info. Screen locks up. Must hard reset to get back in to game. Strange thing is that other members on my xbox can use the player ID if signed in on their account. I have tried deleting my account on my xbox and I have tried to uninstall halo and reinstall. Does not work. I think something may have happened on the server side of things.

Mine opens up after about 5 - 10 seconds…
I am having this problem as well. Can’t get into the player id section, the background is displayed with the halo music playing. I have to quit the game to get back in. None of the other players on the Xbox can access this section either.
Please help!
I am also having this issue.
-I usually quit to get out of this screen by pressing the Home button on the controller and then pressing start and going to quit to close the game.
I’ve tried a hard reset on the console by holding down the power button until the lights on the power brick go from White to yellow.
I’ve deleted the local saved game data and then restarted the game. I was able to re-sync my Master Chief collection data back to my console but I still have the same issue.
Let us know once this issue has been addressed. I currently haven’t found a workaround yet. Thanks!
