Player controlled ai for warzone

The AI in Warzone are pretty boring in my opinion. They don’t really interact with the fight unless the players actually go towards them and fight them on their stationary positions. What if AI would actually matter more in Warzone? There is so much potential for improvement when it comes to AI in Warzone. The current ‘‘boss system’’ is just unoriginal and unbalanced. Shooting at a bullet sponge and hoping your team gets the killing shot is just poor game design in my opinion.

What if AI were single use REQ’s that we could deploy on the battlefield? It would have its benefits as a balancing mechanic when your team lost all of your bases and there is no way to turn the tide, just deploy AI on an enemy base to distract them and give your team a fighting chance.

Or even AI escorting where blue team has to escort an AI from point A to point B while read team has to kill it before it reaches it’s destination. This would effectively eliminate the boss stealing we currently have while being just more fun in general than just killing a stationary boss.

Player controlled is the complete opposite of AI

Why? Literally don’t understand the point of this. Not saying you’re wrong or your idea is bad, just don’t understand it. Try and elaborate more on the reason for these changes?

I feel like this style of gameplay would not work well within warzones current system and how the maps are actually designed. While i do agree with you that warzone boss killing is broken atm i dont like the idea you pitched. Instead i feel like this idea would be best suited for possible AI forging in the future.
