This is an in-game issue with Halo 4. So, one game, I was just killing noobs left and right. The game ends and I have a really high score and I think to myself," I don’t think I ever died either!" The “Carnage Report” pops up, just like it does every game, and I notice I managed 16 kills without dying for the entire duration of the game. I know that this is the requirement for the Perfection commendation, as I tell my friends all the time about how impossibly close I have gotten to it. Rushing to the commendation, I see that it has still not made any progress. This was a major let down, so I’m wondering if I did anything wrong. I have a clip of the battle recorded and I took screen shots of the Carnage Report on my iPad if proof is needed.
The in-game UI doesn’t say this, but unfortunately, only Slayer matches count towards the Perfection commendation. I looked at your Game History, and the match that you went 16-0 was an Oddball match. That’s why it didn’t count.
