My wife and I are playing co-op campaign on the same system (split screen) with our individual gamertags signed in. After we complete a mission, we view our stats in the carnage report and it is grouping all of our earned medals (double kill, triple kill, killing spree, etc.) together and showing the same kind and amount when we view the medals under my stats or hers. Yet, I am the only one getting achievements unlocked for earning medals (I’m referring to the medal count achievements) and it still shows zero medals earned for her. Please fix this, I am not the only one in this forum having this same exact problem and this is not my first post telling you about this problem. Please fix it, she is only going to play for so long without getting any kind of in game credit for her work before she just stops playing.
I’m having the same problem playing with my boyfriend. I can’t earn medals for achievements while he can, it’s not fair at all and it needs to be fixed!
My girlfriend and I are having the same issue, really disappointing! Is anyone going to do anything about this anytime soon? it’s really unfair just one of us getting the achievements 
would be nice if someone acknowledged the problem!

My wife isn’t getting medal achievements but is getting board achievements .
No word yet on if this is intentional or if it will be addressed in any patches? Cause I will bump this again since I too have this problem.
