I have seen numerous articles and even a tweet from the official halo twitter account stating that if you meet a dev in game you will receive the Ice Unicorn stuff. I managed to play with a Dev shortly after the tweet was posted but I didn’t get any items. The devs name was Trooper 905. I know he was a dev due to him having the eternal armour effect I had back in the reach days. I contacted support about this and they told me to put it here. I hope someone at 343 sees this and can provide me with the items. I can’t attach the video to this post so I will upload it to YouTube now for proof and link it one it has uploaded.
Not saying they didn’t, but that would be the first time I’ve heard of support sending someone to the forums to resolve an issue.
You only get the nameplate if you match certain 343 members during official play dates.

Pretty much this. If you matched during a playdate remember they have to be manually granted and it can take a couple weeks.
