Played unavailable helmet and calling card??

Was in a game and played with someone who had a unavailable helmet and also personalised name tag and emblem.
Anyone have any ideas on this??

I have pictures of calling card but don’t want to snitch just in case.

Dw it was a shop helmet. Iv attempted to customised emblem and tags but its locked(coming soon)

Yeah it wasn’t working on website for some reason so had to opt in for beta app. Cheers for the reply though fella
