Honestly donāt think it will happen anytime within this half of the gameās lifespan for multiple reasons.
From a development standpoint, they need to know if Sangheili is even a popular enough cosmetic option for people to want to invest into it for they no doubt will wanna monetize customization for it.
From a lore standpoint, it makes no sense to introduce Sangheili to their super secret Spartan Training facility for war games and training because they are currently in hiding from the Banished, which is the established lore of the Avery Johnson Training Facility. Introducing Sangheili over could just be a bad idea considering Banished also has Sangheili in their army who could easily just infiltrate.
The banished also have humans in their army who could easily just infiltrate it.
As for it not making sense, in the lore elites where training with spartans after the war during halo 4 and 5s timeline.
in fact from 343s stand point halo 2ās remastered multiplayer and halo 3 are those training simulationsā¦ blame MCC for that lore.

Ah but hereās the thing :
You have to be Spartans to be able to take part in the training, and if you are facility personnel like a Marine or as such, you will be walking into a pack of wolves who can just kill you by giving you a good punch.
Sangheili are more threatening right off the bat being the equals to Spartans.
Lore reasons are so dumbā¦.

Why exactly are you talking about lore reasons? 343 have already given us Fractures armor that isnāt lore accurate in the slightest.
This is my question, why does everything have to be lore accurate in the first place? Why do they have to limit multiplayer to what falls into the lore accurate category?
They donāt. In my opinion, making mp canon is 343ās worst mistake since req packs.

I wouldnāt say it is the worst, as it is an eventual progression of most MP focused sections.
That said, elites can easily come as an armor core. hell there is even a topic on that here on this forum.

Of course they can come in, the question is though, are 343 willing to add them?
One can only hope, I mean this topic and its āsister topicā have shown there is people that want it. And quite frankly I would be willing to pay for microtransations if they are getting me elites.

Well think about it Halo 4 5 and Halo infinite try to make btb and other game tipes fit the your a Spartan in traning vs The Spartan and Sangheili Covenant war thing we had back in Halo 2 3 and Reach that also why are favorite Announcer was cut out form those game modes too. By righting a story in to multiplayer it kill off a reason for the Elites be there as your a part of a top secret Spartan program. The UNSC is not going to share that stuff with the Sangheili. I want tham back too but I donāt know if 343 will let us have tham back.

Taht is where you are wrong, the MP story is going parallel to the single player story, which means with time they can easily wiggle sanghelli into it.

Which means we will need an expansion campaign for the Elites. Maybe follow Arbiter or someone whose loyal to the arbiter.

oh god yes, I Would love that. Maybe the Arbiter and his group arrive at the ring with a few ships to help, only to quickly end up stuck on the ground with the remains of the UNSC forces.

Thats my theory anyway. My guess is if the Elites become playable, they will likely have there own playlist and there own gametyopes. I never understood why 343 didnāt take some of these takes into a possibility,
