Just like ODST (Mombasa streets was in fact a menu, just you couldn’t add skulls, change difficulty or launch data hive or coastal highway), do you think Halo 4 will have an optional, interactive menu. Like Mombasa streets?
Mombassa streets was a HUB world, not a menu. Think of Peach’s castle in Super Mario 64. You access HUB worlds from the menu, then you can access the other levels through the HUB world. As for whether Halo 4 will feature one, I doubt it. It would depend on a lot of different things but, going by what little information there is, I don’t think we’ll be seeing a HUB world in Halo 4.
You mean flasbacks?
Yes, like ODST.
HUB Worlds are awesome.
Banjo Kazooie and Super Mario 64 had amazing HUB Worlds.
New Mombasa was also a great HUB World as well. I doubt we will see any for Halo 4 though. It would be epic if we did though

Depends on the approach for Halo 4. It could be done, but I can’t image how well that might work out. ODST had a HUB because it worked extremely well for the detective story Bungie wanted to tell. I cannot imagine Halo 4 working well with a similar approach.
I just want my old classic Halo 3 menu.
Hub world… no, i don’t think it will be in Halo 4. It worked in ODST, but I doubt H4 will call for it.
