playable flashbacks

I’ve just started reading the fall of reach novel and an idea hit me:
what if they had playable flashbacks of when John was a kid and you could play key moments from his training like the obstacle course or the boxing ring with the ODSTs?
that could really flesh out his history if you could actually play it.

That would be a pretty cool segment in halo 5.
