So, generally, two comparisons I’m hearing from reviews are that Halo 5 is comparable to The Empire Strikes Back and Halo 2. The Halo 2 comparison tells me that this campaign is likely going to be disappointing; but multiplayer is the highlight.
If that’s the case, I really hope you all play the multiplayer. This game can really enjoy a great community if it can be compared to Halo 2 MP.

That’s what I was thinking. When I start hearing Halo 3 campaign comparisons, then I’ll get worried.

that’s the right way to approach anything, except murder and drugs and touching the oven when the burner is on.
You’ll definitely be seeing me in the future on this game. I don’t really fall into the un-hype that reviewers might put out there.

By that, I meant the cliffhanger ending. To me, it was a pretty unsatisfying conclusion to such a great campaign, but hey, to each his own.

I completely agree, there is no way to know for sure until you get out there and play. I am so excited for multiplayer, I can hardly wait.
While the campaign was disappointing, I’ll be playing the multiplayer for a long time!
Its funny how the Halo 2 story was bashed on it’s launch day yet at the end of Halo 3 the Halo 2 story was praised as the greatest story in the Halo series.

if its comparable to halo 2 in the sense of multiplayer with a great forge, I’ll love it.
