Play The Game First...Then Complain.

People are complaining so much about playlists and game types. Why not play Halo 4 out of the box the way 343 intended. Yes, I’m pissed about the skilled ranks as most of you are, but 343 has their intentions with playlists and game types. When you have a new game there are changes. Sure, 343 may be taking risks, but at least give them trust before crapping all over them. Changes will be made, they will adjust things, but try it first.

Stop the QQing.

–Adjust

Don’t need to play it first. I trust my instincts–they seldom let me down.

Anyway, 3 more days!

Thank you OP, finally glad to see somebody who is annoyed about the ranks show some sense.

People refuse to do that due to a common mindset of entitlment and “If i dont get what I want ima throw a tantrum”

I don’t need to physically go on the game and see there are less custom settings to know it’s a bad thing.

I don’t see how playing the game would change the fact that the custom games have been severely cut down, that there is no real ranking system, and that campaign videos can’t be watched in teather. At least those are the most popular issues as of now. We already gave 343i a chance. Did we not give them a chance, we wouldn’t be buying the game. However, the fact that we gave them a chance most certainly doesn’t mean we can’t point out issues that are obvious without playing. Neither does playing the game magically make those issues non-existent.

Don’t get mad at us because we can take the truckload of information given to us from an official source and then use that to formulate an opinion. Sorry you can’t.

Or maybe you’re just upset because our opinion differs.

Here is my advice Don’t always believe what people show on video’s it can sometimes be deceiving. Its better too try it for yourself,I know everyone want’s to get an idea of the game but you can’t just assume something without rally trying it out for yourself, for all you know you could wind up liking the changes you may think you know that you will/won’t like the game at first, but then as soon as you do you could have completely different thought’s on the game some people IMO just go nuts way to early.

He never insinuated that he was mad nor upset. He was just merely stating a true observation.

To be upset about whether or not peoples opinion differs from my own is petty and unnecessary therefore I rarely care at all about peoples opinions. However, when people start to state “facts” when they dont have the full set of information occurs the problem.

So I have played it…does that mean I’m free to complain? Ive got a list if we want to get started.

Seriously though even the people who haven’t played have been able to pick out things that are down right stupid.

This kind of thinking is flawed.

Considering that (it might come as a suprise) its still a consumer market, and the game costs 60$+, we have the right to complain.

No, you have the right to buy or not buy it. That’s all you have.

So if we’re right can we get a full refund? Because I’m not big on gambling away $60.

That’s never going away. You just got to filter those people out. Plenty of people have posted threads like this and it hasn’t stopped it.

Wrong! Watch this:

I think the lack of visible ranks hurts the replay value of the game.

See? Totally legal. I am well within my rights.

^Very ignorant thinking.

Since 343i makes a living on our money, we have the right to complain and criticize their products.

No he has the right to complain. There is nothing stopping him from that. I could not ever buy the game and still come here with every bit of right as you to voice whatever I please about the game. That’s why its a discussion forum.

Yeah but considering the people on these forums amount to maybe 1% of the people who will buy and play Halo 4,
I don’t see it accomplishing much.

Then what’s it hurting?
