Play PVP game challenge hints at a PVE mode?

In the infinite flight one of the daily challenges I have been getting is complete PVP games, do you guys think that this might mean the there will be a PVE mode? Or at least campaign challenges?

I feel like firefight will definitely return. It’s still always fun to play. Doubt I am the only one that thinks so.
