play Halo 4 for my review but... i was banned

I have two console (slim e fat). I’am an italian gournalist and i have play Halo 4 for review, but my fat was permanently banned. Why? People are now saying they’re being banned for taking part in the 2 week new maps trial offer. A mistake was made that allowed anyone to download those new maps without paying for them, so to cover the mistake 343 and/or Microsoft said it was a “2 week trial offer” to let players play the maps before deciding if they wanted to buy them or not. And now players that did that are being banned on accident for doing so apparently.

I believe theres a problem with the matchmaking right now, there’s been posts on Twitter about it. All I can say is give it a few hours and if nothing happens contact Xbox Support.

Also, I understand that you’re Italian and might not know proper English but I just wanted to let you know that this:
