I don’t know a good custom game to play. I don’t want to play a game where no one cares who wins. That’s even more boring.
this is why we need a skill based ranking system… gives people reason to keep playing the game

I really wish people telling others to play for fun, or asking why people don’t play for fun would direct me, and those they are asking or telling, to the “Rule book of Fun” which describes what is fun and what is not fun. I seem to have missed it at some point and I kind of feel stupid when I read posts like “Play for fun” or “Why don’t you start playing for fun then?” as I have no clue what fun is.
It would increase my enjoyment of the game exponentially if I knew how to have fun.
I disagree that BR should be MLG. I like the single shot style weapons in every game. Idc about the OP case or that BR is halo and DMR isn’t halo.
I feel better with single shot weapons.
So I will not support MLG.
Big reason why I don’t like the BR is cause its degraded from the Halo 3 version. (IMO)

Maybe true but since I hated the campaign/multiplayer and already max rank, got all the achievements that’s all I can be bothered doing except sometimes spartan ops.
I have more controlled action with DMR than BR. Idk if it’s a mental thing or something, but I feel like the BR moves around more while I shoot it.
If playing the game for fun isn’t fun then stop playing I guess.
If you think you are unable to “get challenges for points” then you’re missing the entire point. Even if you got the XP… Just get them to get them, that’s the challenge.
The points don’t matter anyway.
DecepticonCobra: There is a metric butt-ton of customs options available. Missing literally a few things doesn’t make the options “limited.” Create a new gametype using what you’ve got…plenty of others have.
You make it sound like you can only change player speed and starting weapons.
Anyway, I am almost at 130 and what I do is try to improve on a game by game basis. If I play a little worse than I’d like (not just K/D) I try to improve the next game. I have also saved SpOps…I have a mental block on earning XP for grinding through waves of AI…it feels cheap imo.
Team doubles is up tomorrow, so that should add a little more to the game, Majestic will be out before you know it and so will the Team Throwdown playlist. They will also be giving a general overview of the TU mid-Feb so you will know kind of what to expect when that drops.
It’s strange that they are making the challenges worth so much now. It kind of feels like they have something up their sleeves. Either they are just trying to make sure everyone is able to use everything before the CSR hits or they have…something else planned.
