Elimination used to be one of my favorite playlists, but nowadays when I do find the eventual match its 50/50 between team killing griefers and ultra-sweats trash talking. Might just be my own bad experiences with it but the toxicity seemed pretty prolific there when I last tried it a few months back going for the commendations.

I love the aesthetic, the arenas are so cool. The man canon into the game too, I like it all. I even think the newer gametype they added Extermination is a lot of fun as have seen hate for that but I love it.
You’re right though, I think that’s the community in general. I’ve been using my mic to increase my chances of winning in competitive and a lot of the time it’s been great I will say. I have had callouts, apologies, people hyping each other up, I forgot how exhilarating the team chat can be when someone shouts “you got this… good -Yoink-” and you just play out your mind and win your 1vs1. The team reassuring each other and working together makes the game so much fun. It’s something I have missed as I play solo now.
A few people I’ve had to tell them to chill because they’re complaining about the team. On H3 one guy said we all sucked on the team and to help him and the score was 40-30 in our favour. Had other guys saying we suck after a game where we beat them (always found this funny, what does that make them?) Then had one extremely close strongholds game end 100-99 and we were just all talking about how we almost did it and good game and one player called us bad and started bragging about his kills. I find all of that so unecessary and toxic. Win with grace, get respect.
I have to say overall my experiences with the mic have been positive and I will continue using it and calling out in the hopes my teammates benefit or join me in the callouts.
I don’t like Extermination so I never play to Elemination. This system of playlist is really annoying
I’ll see if I have time to do it.
