I just wanted you guys to know that I and Some of my friends on Xbox Live are having problems with the Halo 4 player cards not showing there in game Spartan. For me This is both on the Halo Waypoint website and Halo Waypoint Xbox 360 app. So on my Halo 4 stats it shows every thing correctly except for my Player card which is still the default Spartan 4 model. My always updates right when I level up but my emblem has a problem where it can take from 1-8 days for it to update to the one I am using. For the Play card, its hasn’t change at all even though I change my Spartan 4 model almost every new specialization. I was wondering if you would be able to fix this for me and some of the few people who still have this problem. I hope this covers every thing you will need to fix this and If theirs something I missed I will gladly respond to any questions. Thank you for your help and time. Have a nice day

Well, I hate to tell you this, but you and your friends are suffering from a rather expensive problem. You guys don’t have hard drives. Your Spartan will not update until you obtain such a device and change your armor with said device connected to your Xbox. Sorry, dude.
Hi its me X007,
Halo 4 uses the hard drive to cache and store the altered image and save that image to our services used by Waypoint to display the update. Unfortunately without a hard drive, this update process does not occur. Do you have a hard drive for your Xbox 360?
