What do you guys think? I opened a couple and didn’t get anything special. Anybody get some crazy amount of stuff from them?

I was thinking the exact thing. 11k for nothing I wouldn’t get out of a gold pack for almost a third of the price. Sadly, your Req pack was much better than mine too lol.
I’ve opened about 10 and was a little disappointed. The problem I have is that I am only running short of my favourite reqs and the God of randomness was not kind to me. I got some good legendary XP boosts that will help with the grind though. Haven’t seen a legendary XP boost in months.
I’ll open a few more tonight before I decide if I’m going back to Gold packs.
What is a “Platinum Pack?”, is it just your version of a silver pack?

I’ve only opened one. I’m not exactly concerned with req points at the moment, so I might try a few more. Without any kind of information about the drop rates being revealed it’s kind of hard to judge how useful it would be. I do notice that in mine at least I didn’t receive anything under a rare. If that holds true across platinum packs it could make it quite a bit easier to get some of the more sought after items than it would be in gold packs. Since I’ve only opened one, I can’t really judge them though.

Lol same, kind of stinks can’t get excited anymore unless my company completes all the commendations.

Oh it’s a separate pack. Thanks! I can’t get on for a week so thank the HALO GODS for the Halo Waypoint built in req system. Do you know if this pack is limited?
I opened one and I got a phaeton Helios but that’s only it, I don’t find these platinum packs worth buying unless it offers more REQs like the description says.
I opened around 10 and the only notable things I got where 2 Ultra Banshees and a Phaeton. Seems a bit silly that they cost double of that of a gold pack but they only give you back 1/3 more RP than a gold pack. Doubt I’ll be buying many more of these things.
Well wasn’t impressed I bought 2 and I think I get better out of a gold pack than these. I have everything unlocked.
4 gold packs w0uld have been much better bang for rp.
Best thing I got was a rare wasp.
Got Spartan laser rare, legend rocket hogs…
So what is the point of this pack? Do you have better chances of getting something specific? I remember suggesting something like this a good while ago, but it would be for specific stuff like more legendary items for example.
I’ve opened another 6 or so. Notable reqs were Phaeton (1), Phaeton Helios (1), Heavy armour Scorpions (6 ish), Legendary Warzone/Arena boosts (8 ish), spartan lasers (3). Notable because I rarely get these from Gold packs.
Also got Lots of high end weapons which I have hundreds of already.
Compared to Gold packs, I’d say poor value for me. Possibly worth it if you till have reqs to unlock.
I’ll get them on my other account but not on this one, Gold is a better buy atm. Only opened one though, maybe luck will change.

I really think these packs are geared more towards people who don’t have everything unlocked yet. Neat idea I guess. As we all know, the REQ system isn’t going away (highly unlikely I think) so we all better get used to it. Maybe Halo 6 will have packs geared more towards certain things. Like weapon packs, cosmetic packs, vehicle packs things like this.
I’m a 132 and I’ve unlocked a lot of stuff, but still there’re plenty of things weapon-wise I still don’t have (and I still don’t have any magnum variants!). I opened one and got an ultra-rare helmet, a legendary helmet, and Landgrave skin for the assault rifle. It only had maybe seven single use reqs…
