I have all the other platinum anniversary stuff, but the armour coating is missing. Does anyone else have this problem?
For me, it is there for the Mark VII armour core but is missing for the Mark V armour core. Considering I just bought the battle pass to get that armour core, its a shame the best looking coating I own is missing from there and makes me feel like the coatings are specific to the cores which feels gross.

Which armor core are you using cause it’s only available for the mark VII core

It’s currently only available for the MkVII core, which is an issue that many are quite vocal about having rectified (coatings being core or kit specific).

The best part is that they used Mark V armour to show it in the promo images…
The image used for the breakdown of whats included is clearly a MkVII, but there may other images and ads and we may not be looking at the same thing.
Either way, locking coatings to a specific core or kit should be remove ASAP.

I have since taken a close look and can tell now its a Mark VII armour, I was confused because you don’t get the Mark VII helmet initially which I find real odd. Mark VII helmet looks pretty similar to the other Mark helmets so that was my confusion, but yes either way there’s no logical reason to lock coatings to specific armour cores, and the armour kit coatings/visors should also be usable with any armour core, while we are at it.
Yeah, I agree. I can understand some coatings being core specific. Considering that some do highlight certain parts of the armor that are only on one core or another. But the Anniversary Armor is mostly a flat color. There is no reason they need to lock it to one core. I’m not against the armor core system as a concept, but more things definitely should be cross core compatible.
