Will Plat Req Packs ever go on sale like they did during E3, where they can be purchased with req points? Was E3 2019 the only time that ever happened?

There were also 5 free platinum req packs during e3 2018, once every day from the 10th to the 14th. Maybe they will come back for the next e3…

If they do holiday fiesta again I’m honestly considering liquidating my entire req inventory to get as many arena boosts as possible.
The games are so fast. Fiesta to 50 is crazy quick. My benchmark for XP is at least 1000 XP per minute of game time (using a blue XP boost). Holiday fiesta easily achieves this. I knocked out the target master skins last holiday fiesta season in no time at all.

That’s what double xp Infection was paying out, just under a 1000 a minute without a boost. All you can do is hope the game lasts 10 - 11 mins to rake in 10,000 xp.

Lately I’ve been playing swat, usually 5-6 minutes for 5-6k XP in some cases. My arena boosts are dwindling however down to Spartan kills gambits. Back to firefight for a bit. It’s kind of depressing to be motivated mostly by XP at this point, in a “well I’ve come this far, might as well finish the grind” kind of way. Not to say I’m having zero fun, but Its been so long since I tabbed over in the post-game to see which commendations I made progress on.
I could play breakout to get immortals and against all odds but I’m not great at not dying and my internet connection makes breakout 1.0 difficult due to fast kill times. Couldn’t play ODST slayer for the same reason.
Also I need 28 stronghold victories… Please add strongholds to more playlists. I would play a strongholds only rotational playlist exclusively at least for one rotation cycle.
Anyway, end rant for today.
I ran out of Arena boosts a while back. The ones I get if I’m lucky enough to win are pathetic. All common gambit boosts which don’t guarantee an xp boost each game. I don’t play ranked because my aiming sucks and my reflexes are too slow… lol
