Anyone else think it is total -Yoink- that the Plasma pistols EMP charge can recharge faster than a vehicle can recover from it?
It -Yoinking!- sucks spawning an Ultra Banshee and then being perma emped right off the spawn, with no chance of escaping because you cant recover and you stay perma emped?
Get out and kill the person with a plasma pistol, or don’t get hit in the first place. It’s a vehicle that can easily allow you to go on a huge killing streak, it needs to have some kind of weakness in my opinion 
no, whats BS is that the spartan laser takes longer to fire than it takes the tank to reload…AND it isn’t a 1 hit kill. Plasma pistol is not op, does it even damage the driver anymore when it hits the vehicle? I remember a time when 1 hit took your entire shield down and some dude could pop you in the head real easy after, now that was annoying.

You can still be EMP’d, but vehicles should have a chance of at least moving a little bit before the next EMP hits you, currently, once you get hit, you are -Yoinked!-. Theres no chance at moving your vehicle. If you get out to kill them, you then get -Yoinked!- over by his next EMP noob combo.

i mean the Halo 3 spartan laser, maybe had it as a legendary weapon in future DLC where you can have 5 shoots and shoot way faster, cools down faster and does more damage

It also needs better AOE or like a longer beam effect like the Binary Rifle. They should switch. Binary is pin-point and fast single quick beam where the Laser should be a longer beam you can wave around.

To be fair, This is more of an angry rant. I wrote this in frustration after spawning an Ultra Banshee amd being jacked instantly after being EMPed.

Nope. Have an infantry escort, or a gunner in your vehicle to kill the EMPer.

not getting hit in the first place is impossible when the thign has such a Powerful Tracking effect plus the lock on range is insanely big. got hit from spire while at the Armory.

No, just no. There doesn’t need to be an immunity :P. From all the warzone I have played, I have only been EMP’d maybe once every 10 games. Just avoid getting hit in the first place.

yes there does need to be a Immunity period. soy ou think its fair to Permanently keep a Vehicle from moving without giving him the chance to fight back? then you are a noob. and need to rely on the Perma EMP as a crutch to get by.
my biggest is the gripe is I cannot use it with my elite controller lol, I got both the elite and h5 for christmas and for two weeks I thought they had taken the overcharge away until I started to google the problem
