Plasma Pistol Won't Charge

Context: I play on PC with an xbox elite controller.

So I’ve seen this issue in the past where people with elite controllers weren’t able to charge the plasma pistol in MCC due to hair trigger settings. I’ve followed other how to videos and matched their trigger settings but I can’t seem to fix the problem.

Did you reset the triggers back to their original settings and make sure the physical hair triggers on the controller are at their default position as well? Those two things should fix your issue and then you can slowly tinker with both settings to change how your controller feels and behaves.
