Plasma Pistol sound

In Halo CE if you fire the plasma pistol too quickly the game will start playing the overcharge shot sound effect until you fire your next shot. Anything faster than tap shooting seems to cause this to occur. Very easy to cause by just firing 2 rapid fire shots

Ya i saw that as well, i did report it to the proper place. Also while charging the pistol its to quiet xD

I have noticed this bug as well. In fact, this bug has been present for a long time in CEA on MCC on Xbox One. Would love to see it fixed soon, if possible. I’ve filed a bug report for this on the Insider Halo Support site, as well.

I also encountered this bug and thought that maybe it would be caused by the uncapped frame rate. But apparently that’s not the case and it’s good to know that others noticed it, too. I reported it and hope that they’ll fix it.

Maybe not a lot of people noticed it on Xbox One since a mouse button can be tapped faster than a controller trigger. At least I never activated this bug when I played on console and I always used the triggers for shooting and grenades.
