Does anyone know if the PP has this capability? If not, would you like to see it have the ability to do this or not, and why?
I’m not too sure about it, too many vehicles in Reach got destroyed too easily because of it. Possibly reduce the lock on/homing feature of it when shooting vehicles?
It should, how else are you going to disable the scorpion or that annoying warhog or ghost on a splatter spree? I seriously doubt that you suggest to use the rocket launcher because try-hards only use it to get easy kills and not use it as an anti-vehicle weapon.
Vehicles got destroyed in Reach easily because they had horrible handling and were too susceptible to small arms fire. The plasma pistol had little to do with it. Also the PP’s vehicle disabling ability is great in my opinion as it gives me another reason to pick up the weapon and adds layers of strategy to the sandbox.
The EMP effect will become a problem when everyone can pick it for their loadouts as well as picking plasma grenades. I can’t see it being good for BTB.

the PP was/is rarely used as an anti-vehicle weapon
the weapon that destroys the most vehicles per game is the DMR

Really? I find that it’s used in almost every game.
