There not as time consuming as mastering the primary rifles but man is it a grind. They go hand on hand though, which means if i don’t kill a player with the plasma pistol, I’ll finish him off with a pulse grenade! Everyone’s trippen out on regicide that I won with 8 kills with the pulse grenade! I need 200 more kills with Plasma Pistol and Pulse grenade. Don’t be fooled my fellow forum users, once you get used to killing with the plasma pistol and Pulse Grenade, you’ll be racking up the kills.
Mastered the Pulse a while ago already and I won’t bother to master the PP.
Plasma Pistol is going to take forever. You need way too many kills to master it. Pulse Grenades aren’t that bad, though. If you know how to use them, they’re really good. I only need 100 more to master them.

I mastered both a while ago. OP is right, it’s not difficult, but it is a grind. You can get several per game of Regicide, but it still takes several hundred games of Regicide to master them. The Execution commendation was more difficult in my opinion.
Pulse grenade isn’t that bad. I’ve almost completed it. PP however is ridiculous in this game. I used it on an afk guy a few days ago and it took 12 shots lol They nerfed the hell out of it since Reach, which in my opinion was the best version of it in any Halo.
