Plasma Pistol needs some kind of buff if you actually expect people to complete it, 343i.

A commendation for kills using a Plastic Spoon?
I’m pretty sure we already have that; its called Assassin, under the Player section.
(At least thats how it feels to me, considering how many assassination attempts fail after doing half the animation)

Lolz, yeah, that’s one thing about Halo. There is no best weapon, but there is most certainly a worst 
Don’t dare comparing Assassinating with killing with the Plasma Pistol; you can use Stealth to make Assassinating much faster and easier.
The PP, however… will always be as useful as a paper clip.

Also note how dramatically has decreased my K/D ratio.
Not that I was a pro before, but in BTB I’m 1.1 K/D (I rarelly use the PP there), while in Regicide (where I’ve got 90% of the commendation) is now 0.78…
PS: Can anyone else who is about to complete (or alread has done so) provide numbers as well?

Just trying to point out how ridiculous is to put this commendation in the game in the first place, I’m not looking recognition.

I just tried a plasma pistol kill someone, I am trying to figure out how I even got 3 so far out of how many …haha… hell with it… I was thinking reverse noob combo…
If they would bring Spartan Bowl out as a permanent Playlist, I would suggest using it to master Plasma Pistol. I generally get 5-15 kills per match in there, depending on the playing style of the enemy.

I was rather fond of how weak the Halo 3 peas were and was far more inclined to go for kills with it than the one in Halo 4.
Commendations should be tough but attainable and gameplay should never ever suffer to placate commendation boosters. It does not need a buff, if anything it needs to become weaker and be removed from loadouts.
Fix the commendations for the boosters, the gameplay should never be made to suffer for the rest of us.

Maybe the forum can auto-lock threads that are over 3 months old? That’s how the CGSociety boards work, might work here? Would keep necroposting at bay, and if there was some reason a year-old thread had to be revived (!?) then a moderator can unlock it.
That being said, I suppose he did check the date, but only on the last post or two - which were only some hours old, and not the posts before those, which had a huge months-long gap between them.
