With thrusters and the short time of life I find it is almost impossible to stick people with plasma grenades making them kind of useless.
Anyone else have an opinion?
I’ve been able to get about as many sticks in the beta as I have in Halo 4. The main reason I get less is because I can’t spawn with them anymore and I don’t really pick them up on map.
Yeah I think the speed at which they fly through the air and explosion radius needs an increase.
If you don’t spawn with them then they need to be more powerful so that you have a reason to seek them out on the map.
As of now, I always accidentally end up with them, I never intentionally pick them up because they suck.
The velocity at which you throw them is atrocious. Sticks are entirely luck based because they’re terrible.
they made frags OP as hell
and stickies dangerous but impossible to use
I’ve found it easier as I kept playing.
Would be nice if they added more magnetism or faster velocity though

Hard to believe that they forgot the point of stickies as opposed to frags…
They have almost no value. 
Halo 3 had it right. (seems to be my new mantra)
All about using them wisely. I’ve made a few sticks but I usually get them when people a straight lining towards me. Plasma grenades are also useful when people are about to come round a corner. Due to the delayed explodion time.
but if they see you throw it then people just hit thruster. Just need to be sneaky when going for a stick or lucky which ever works
I find it easy to stick someone WHILE using the thruster. Once you get used to it, you’ll find that the speed and timing of it can really help you catch sprinters and other thrusters.
having stickies is better then having none
They’re useless for several reasons, Thrusters are only one of them.
They’re the only grenade that can launch weapons though. Which in hindsight makes sense, as frags bounce all over in this game while plasmas do not.
I’ve always loved stickies and yes it seems to be getting harder and harder to kill with them, but the other day I did get an awesome stick though.
