The Plasma caster have a annoying glitch that needs to be looked into, after a charged up shot or weapon swap
if you try to charge it before animation is completed it sometimes locks down and wont charge until trigger is released and pressed again.
Also remove friendly fire from the cluster bombs from a charged shot (not the main sticky).
its way too easy to hit teammates by mistake with the splash damage from the clusters.
