It’s all going well and you’re carrying the worse players you get matched with and then you have to play against organised teams.
How do you explain to pugs about map control if they don’t already get it? It’s too late by then :*(
…and yes I know, find a team etc. the trouble is most of my EU friends have stopped playing coz of the way 343 has -Yoink- all over us

Yeah spartan company or try to invite good players from the previous match, either from your team or someone you had good fights with on the opposite one.
Or throw a pointy chain at your friends while yelling “Get over here!”

As for Spartan Companies, try “We Need Achilles”…we’ve got 13 SCs most of which are full but you may find a place in one of them. There’s also a Reddit page for all SCs where you can find others players to team up with in any playlist.

I always play solo and all of friends either sold the game for dirt cheap or burnt it in the backyard.
I wish you could see everyone in the lobby before the match and see whether they are in a party like in Reach so I know which matches to leave.
I recommend finding a Spartan Company to play with.

Spartan Companies are great because you can play with regular players and everyone works together.

If im on solo I stick to btb or warzone, with the occasional game of swat. To avoid raging ive changed my mentality when playing solo so now I dont care about losing when I play solo. If im in a fireteam then its go time.
