I just finished my 10 placement matches in SWAT, and here’s what I have to say.
When I did my 10 placement matches of FFA, I placed Onyx, with a 6.7 KDA. I placed 1st in 3 games, placed 2nd twice and did very well in the other 5.
I played my 10 SWAT placement games tonight with my friend who’s an Onyx. We won 9 out of 10 games, finishing with a 5.1 KDA. I was placed at Platinum 1.
During my 10 SWAT games, I was constantly getting matched with Onyx and Diamond players, just like when I played FFA, though mostly were Onxy in FFA.
I placed 1st in my team in kills a majority of the time, even nabbing an overkill in one match, and as mentioned earlier I won 9 of 10 games. Never went negative once.
Does something seem wrong here? Why was I placed so low when I did so well especially against other Onyx and Diamond players?
I did better than my friend when he did his 10 placement matches, he only won 6 and lost 4 and he had a lower KDA after his 10 games; but he was still put in Onyx. The only thing I can think that might be different is he had 1 match (his first) where he got something like 33 kills and 6 deaths. I didn’t have a game like that but I still went positive every game, and beat Onyx and Diamond players.
Same thing happened to me. Played with a friend who’s Onyx 1660, and played against mostly Onyx and some Diamond players. Won 7 out of 10 games, only had a 2.6 KDA though, but still better than going negative like most of the Onyx players we played against. Placed in Platinum 1. Played Team arena when I first bought the game and did absolutely horrendous and placed platinum 1 in that. Ranking system is terrible
Swat ranks are totally messed up. I finished my 10 placement matches and did terrible, as I usually do, with probably a 0.7 k/d and 6 or 7 losses. I got Onyx 1500. I literally busted out laughing, its my highest rank by a long shot. I have Platinum 1 in BTB and Gold 1 in everything else.
Yeah dude had a similar experience but not on as high of a scale. I was expecting to be placed in platinum after finishing with a 4 kda in slayer but ended up at gold 2??? 2 of my friends who I was playing with ended up at gold 3 and gold 4 with lower kdas??? Explain that halo haha
same here Ive been diamond list both times they put me in Gold…stupid system I quit now no more team slayer and not only that but I had to play 3 extra games after 9 matches and lost req points because there dumb system kept saying error can not retrieve game data…not fun anymore done with team slayer
