My Pixel Perfect challenge progress is stuck at 1/2 after completing both sub-challenges. I am playing the Steam version on PC. I have already submitted a support ticket, and I can see a few other people had the same problem (with no solutions). I won the last required competitive match in Halo 4 (for sub-challenge Quattro King), but progress did not apply towards Pixel Perfect. The game will lock up on me all the time when going back to the main menu every few matches or levels, requiring me to kill it with task manager. I had to do that again after the final Halo 4 match, but progress only applied to sub-challenge Quattro King which is now completed. Reopening the game, logging out and back into my profile, and winning another competitive match in Halo 4 did nothing to unlock Pixel Perfect. There is nothing more I can think of to try at this time. I know it says “Halo Support is unable to manually grant any in-game Challenge progress, completion, or associated rewards”, but I already have the required sub-challenges completed. Shouldn’t Pixel Perfect literally just run a query on my completed challenges and unlock itself? Is there a way to make Pixel Perfect manually query my completed challenges and unlock itself? Any help in getting Pixel Perfect unlocked before the season ends would be greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be a fix. I asked support and they said they would look into it.
Yeah, support told me essentially the same thing, and my ticket is still open. One would think something like this would be easy to fix. Like with a manual server query to check that both sub-challenges have been completed.

As of now, there isn’t a workaround for this nor can I give a time frame on when it’ll be fixed but this has been logged with the developers. Should this particular case be resolved in an update, we’ll get in touch or your ticket may remain open until said update rolls out. That said, we’ll check back with you from time to time to see if this is persisting.

Same thing is happening to me
Same problem here. Already completed Brain Burst a bit ago and I just completed Quattro King and I’m stuck at 1/2 for Pixel Perfect.
I submitted a ticket at Halosupport so we’ll see what happens.
At this point it is not looking like they intend to fix it before the next season launches. There has been no further responses on my ticket, and progress is still stuck at 1/2. The data is on their servers that I have completed both sub-challenges, so it is very reasonable to assume that there should be an easy fix for this issue (Ex: A manual re-query to unlock anything that did not unlock correctly). I am unsure as to why nothing has been done so far, other than possibly pulling resources away to work on Infinite (which I do not intend to purchase at this time). The only upside I can see is that I did not pay any fee for the Seasonal content, which tempers the extent to which I can be frustrated.
