Hello there. I recently completed both challenges for the Pixel Perfect challenge and for some reason, I can’t get the Pixel BR skin. Has anyone else encountered this problem and what can 343 do to fix this problem? Please let me know asap.
Same. I did the halo 4 ranked games but it didn’t reward me the challenge so i relaunched and it gave it to me but Pixel perfect still said 0/2
after I did the brain burst one its now stuck on 1/2.

Oh for sure. I seem to remember a similar thing happening a few season back. Can’t remember what happened but it was eventually resolved. Anyway I contacted support and here’s the response I got.
"Thank you for your ticket and for letting us know about the issue where the Pixel Perfect challenge doesn’t track properly. At this time, we don’t have a workaround and can’t predict when there might be a resolution, but your issue has been logged with our developers. They will use the information you provided during their investigation.
If this issue is resolved in an update, we will notify you. If not, your ticket may remain in an open state until a game update. We will check in with you whenever a game update is released to ensure that your issue is still occurring.
If our developers have a question for you or we discover a workaround, we may reach back out to you with questions or steps for you to try. If you discover a workaround yourself, please feel free to send it back to us! We can share that information with other players encountering the same issue and with our developers for further investigation.

Same thing happened for me. I completed both challenges but it says 1/2 completed.
I submitted a ticket to 343 about 2 weeks ago so hopefully they fix it before the season is finished.
