Pitch the Blue Team vs Osiris boss we didnt get

My idea is this and feel free to add your own. After defeating the two Wardens on Genesis, Osiris confronts Blue Team but instead of the chill meet and greet we got in the campaign, Locke confronts Chief with a hostile attitude ordering him to stand down and let them handle Cortana as Chief isn’t emotionally fit to deal with her. Chief would then flat out refuse and tell Locke if hes going to get in his way he will put him down. We the players then get to choose whether to control Osiris or Blue Team and then fight the Spartans we reject. Do we go with Locke who believes that Chief is a fallen hero who for the good of humanity must be put down OR do we go with Chief who is obsessively trying to save his AI friend at the expense of the safety of the galaxy at a whole. We the players after seeing both sides would get to choose who we go with, if we choose Osiris we fight Blue Team right up until Locke is going to deliver the killing blow and Cortana teleports an injured Blue Team away BUT if we the players stay loyal to Chief we fight Osiris until Exuberant Witness intervenes and teleports Blue Team away before Chief can execute Locke. After that ‘The Breaking’ would continue as normal. In the last mission ‘Guardians’ the ghost of the Librarian would finally appear to Locke and reveal that Chief is essential to humanity claiming the Mantle and despite Locke’s personal issues with him; Blue Team must be saved. From his Cryptum, Chief would witness Locke’s efforts and once he is freed they will make up.

So… A split campaign with different endings so that you have to buy “Halo 6: Blue Team” or “Halo 6: Fireteam Osiris” depending on the choice you made?

Not bad, it would’ve been cool to have an epic gundown between the two squads and have massive damage take place to the surrounding environments

You could easily have the choices but have a canonical ending and wouldnt need two different versions.

The game itself would stay the same. We could get to play as both Locke and Chief with a boss battle at the end of ‘Genesis’

If it gets to a point where there is only one member of each fireteam (for example Vale vs Fred, Kelly vs Buck, Chief vs Locke, etc) then the Osiris member will say “It’s just us now!” and the Blue Team member will be like “Lets see what you’ve got new blood!” and they would duke it out >:D
