Charge, scope and lead with the plasma pistol. I’m finally figuring it out and I’m wrecking Spartans on the battlefield.

That’s cool but what 343 doesn’t understand that the Plasma and Hardlight Weapons shouldn’t be so weak in the first place. The damage that you are literally taking with human weapons should be swap with the Covenant and Forerunner Weapons.
This is why balancing weapons around casuals is bad. They cannot provide reliable information, only opinions. Ones that more often then not, are vastly different from one casual player to another casual player.
There’s no way you can really work a good solution from so many varying opinions.
Also, when each game comes out weapons are taken out and new one’s are added into the sandbox on top of weapon tuning with adjustments of such. The combat triangle continues to develop and change.
