What do I need to do to get back the Pineapple Surprise emblem I purchased? It is not showing up for any weapons. Do I need to get like 5 hardlight kills or something?

Perhaps it was deleted?
There have been quite a few cosmetics deleted from the game for no reason that were going to be bundles. Maybe they accidentally deleted an object that they had already released?

Mine has been missing since the xmas break… Still nothing from 343 outlining why it happend or when/if it will be fixed.
