Well, Im betting on some kind of full-auto weapon, but its hard to say as of yet.
i dought its an mg, look at the barrel it’s huge.

I think they’re cool, but agree with you on the second picture. Although it could be a standard promethean lightrifle mid-assembly.
I like the look of the Forerunner weapons but they probably should do a little more to make each of them distinct.

One seems to be a sniper like weapon and the other a heavy ordnance weapon possibly?
The elongated rifle is just the Light rifle with an attachment, the smaller one is a repeater, the shortest one is a mortar.
Very creepy, hope they look a little different in the final game, though.
