Picking up grenades is broken

Takes a full second to pick up grenades and it actually matters when you’re cornered in a 1v2 and you have no nades left.

Yeah there’s a little delay for some reason when you walk over fresh grenades. Doubt it’ll be something 343 address or fixes.

Yeah it’s weird, I went to go test it on custom multiplayer and grenades worked fine but if I play any regular multiplayer it delays the pickup.
