Physical vs Digital Game Guide?

Does the physical Halo 4 Collector’s Edition (Game Guide) include access to the digital Halo 4 game guide? I want access to the updates and interactive maps. Since the digital in on sale I may want to get it but I am definitely getting the physical collector’s edition. Anyone know?
