Everyone knows generally where people are going to spawn.
Shooting at that area?
This is acceptable.

Intentionally walking inside to kill people as they spawn…
After a few you should be kick’able.
It’s a betrayal of trust.
Spawns are intentionally placed far out of the way.
So there is at least momentary safety.
