Physical Disk + LCE Digital Content

Hey guys, I bought my LCE from EBGames (Australia).
They are kind and give you a free physical copy of the disk with the LCE!
However, the physical copy does not come with

  • Halo: The Fall of Reach Animated Seriesor

  • Warzone REQ BundleI want to Give one of the copies to my friend…
    So is it possible to Download the Physical Disk and then enter the LCE Code but only download the 2 extras and not the game, and give the game to my friend?
