Physical copy is a scam

I have all the discs - most of them limited edition/steel book… apart from CE. I realised back in June the month previously I bought a Series S.

I also own the games digitally - I have been buying games digitally since 2010. I do not subscribe to gamepass apart from the £1 I got for a month - to play Halo. I then bought game pass again with 12,000 MS points and got two months of ultimate with an extended offer.

The sad thing is…. After playing Infinite since it’s release. This will be the first Halo I won’t buy on a disc… or digitally. Nor will I extend gamepass. I see it as - I’d rather spend the £120 on two or three games that I will play thoroughly (even if they are on gamepass) than have access to 100+ Games and not bother with/already played or only half interested in.

Sometimes less is more!

And there lies the actual problem. There is a lot of games but 99.99% of them are not even worth playing.

Disc worked just fine for me. Not sure where the “scam” is…

Man. Welcome to the 2016 when all physical media became useless lol.

He thinks it’s 1999 still lol

[The multiplayer is free to play and doesn’t lock a single player out of the ability to participate within the gameplay function of the game.

Those “stupid cosmetics” are entirely optional and not required to participate in any of the game modes/playlists available in the multiplayer portion of the title.]

Did you just seriously discard what the OP actually said in that second quote to push what the f2p MP is?

Why don’t you read what it actually said because the OP is 100% correct in spirit the shop being optional.

i hate to break it to you old man but people dont buy discs these days in less they are collectors/ resellers. They are becoming like CD or Casettes

Well, outdated or not.
Lemme give you an example:
A seller wants to sell you a book.
He tells you all about what the book is about.
You start to get hyped to read it.
You buy it.
And the book has no text in any pages.
Did you get what you paid for?
No.
That’s what I got from Halo Infinite.
An empty disc.
