After 1 hour of searching around the it’s in Halo 3 ODST. I decided to look on YouTube for answers and videos. I found the walk through for it. Within 7 minutes of him playing the phone rings and he finds it. I follow the exact same steps as he did and found the phone’s but they are not ringing. What’s the problem?. Please Help
You have to kill everyone in the area for the phone to ring.(sorry if this seems painfully obvious)

Wait, so if there are enemies in the are it isn’t possible to get the log?
That could explain why I couldn’t find 2 of them.
