In the Phoenix Logs, the errors are in the Henry Lamb Outpost page and The Graveyard page. The errors being dates being shifted or just wrong to my knowledge. In the former, it states that the portal to earth closed in August of 2557 when I’m fairly certain it was when the Created took over everything as of the end of Halo 5, and the latter states that the banished arrived on October 26th placing it 2 days before the events of Halo 5 when Isabel clearly said that they arrived a month later after the portal to Earth closed. These are the mistakes I found so far and I hooe that they will be rectified so that no one new to the lore will be confused with the dating of such important events. Has anybody else found errors such as these ? Let’s make sure 343 knows so we can get them fixed 
Another one: Alice 130’s #1 Report, its marked 15th of May, when the Spirit arrived in February. Is this a mistake or did 3 moths actually pass by since their arrival ?
