Came across this discord community of over 200 individuals who successfully ran a Halo 3 league for one season and then expanded to a 3 skill division league that starts in a couple days. Come check these guys out give them a follow and there is still Free Agent spots across all 3 skill divisions!

I found the Twitter page. Looks like it was pretty active this weekend. Hopefully in the future I can join up and participate.

Definitely! The discord is super active can even just join in a spectator role but Season 2 just started up and there are tons of matches this week.
