So legendary it never shows up, so mythic it just doesn’t seem to exist in the req dispenser.
Early on in the game, I received the teaser card, then it was the last vehicle for me to acquire, and then after than I’ve had 1, for a total of 5.
That being said after spending over 500,000 req points after I’ve gotten the Commendation, why havn’t I got another one, I’ve had loads of all the Legendary Vehicles and Weapons, just not a single one since. How is one supposed to even work on the commendation, if the card isn’t even given out, is there a problem with the logistics/percentages with the system, is it just the absolute lowest card for payout, what gives?
Anybody else having this problem?
Yeah I only got it once and that was it.
I’m the same with Nornfangs. But they’re Legendary/Mythics - you’re not meant to have a huge stack of them to call in every game.

It is very rare, it was the last certification I received, and I only have 9 after opening a zillion packs.
I only have 9 packs left to open. Needles to say, it was in one of my most recent ones. I only have 4 of them.
I’ve been playing Halo 5 since the day it released, and I have yet to see even a single Phaeton card. Rather depressing, really.
Im almost lvl 130 and i been stuck with a remaining 10 kills needed for the commendations since before hammer storm. I wish i could trade in the dozens of worthless rocket hogs i have for one phaeton.
yeah exactly, but the real issue is that it’s by itself, there are no variants of it, not like the multiple versions of everything else, it’s just by itself, and I think that’s the only one, actually by itself.

I’m sure in time they will add variants to it. Look at the Storm Rifle for example. It was just standalone to begin with and now it has an additional two variants. Same for the Carbine and soon to be - the Suppressor.

Just to get it to be more common i’d hate it but id accept red and blue painted variants.

no, not more common, but for half a million req points and not a single one, that’s a bit too slanted for the variable’s.
Why no phanton in btb?
Was there any vehicle variants ever even added to Halo 5?
warzone was a great concept but the really cool guns/vehicles are rarely used because they are squishy and you can lose them easily
even playing with a full team if you pull out a banshee or phaeton the enemy team can shred it with BRs and kinetic rounds
I think I’ve unlocked about 85% of all REQs. No luck with the Phaeton cert yet, though.

I’ve noticed they’ve been very selective with what goes into the Arena, to almost force you to cross play the two game types, a smart guy would go back and forth to work on his comm’s. at the cost of selling his req’s and not having to worry about getting those particulars, but…
A phaeton would get the Arena guy’s so excited it would muck up the Warzone community, lol.

It is risky yes, but, if done correctly in the right area’s, kills and commendations can easily be garnered.

Likely because none of the current maps would support it, minus the Headlong remake where it wouldn’t be overly strong. Once the Laser gets a nice buff in a future update, I could see future maps using it since it wouldn’t be too difficult to shoot it down.

A few, yeah. The first update added a lot of Warthog variants.
The next update looks to be adding a Gauss or Railgun Mantis.
